The Id of the target process.
This property reflects the target process's Id (PID). Will be 0 if the target process was specified by AccessDeniedProcessProcessName, or -1 if the rule applies to all processes.
The AccessDeniedProcessIndex parameter specifies the index of the item in the array. The size of the array is controlled by the AccessDeniedProcessCount property.
This property is read-only and not available at design time.
